Job Application Services

A search is a workload before it is a skill problem. Roles have to be found, read, matched, tailored to and followed up on, every week, while you are still doing your actual job. These two programs take that workload — under your name, against a list you approve, with a written record of every submission.

Who this is for

Two groups, running two different searches. Someone applying to permanent roles at direct employers, and a consultant working contract and corp-to-corp requirements through vendors. The mechanics of those searches are not the same, so they are not sold as one program.

Two programs

Pick the one that matches the market you are actually in. Both can run together where a search genuinely spans both.

Program 01

Full-Time Job Applications

Managed applications to direct employers.

Professionals, recent graduates and career changers applying to permanent roles who have the profile for the work but not the hours the search takes.

The unit of work is one application: sourced, tailored, submitted under your name, and followed up.

  • Target role definition and a written search brief
  • Company list built to the brief and approved by you before anything is sent
  • Resume tailored to each role family and checked against ATS parsing
  • Role sourcing across company career portals, job boards and professional networks
  • Applications completed and submitted under your own name and accounts
  • Cover letter written per submission wherever one is asked for
  • LinkedIn profile aligned to the roles actually being applied for
  • Recruiter and hiring-manager outreach after submission
  • Referral outreach to contacts inside target companies
  • Screening call and interview scheduling coordination
  • Interview preparation against the specific role and its job description
  • Offer review and negotiation preparation

Program 02

Collaborative Vendor & C2C Positions

Consultant marketing into the corp-to-corp vendor network.

Consultants between projects, and the small firms that employ them, working corp-to-corp and W2 contract requirements through prime vendors and implementation partners.

The unit of work is one submission: matched to a named open requirement, cleared with you, and tracked to a decision.

  • Consultant profile, skill matrix and availability written up for vendor circulation
  • Hotlist formatting and scheduled distribution across the vendor network
  • Prime vendor, implementation partner and staffing contact outreach
  • Requirement matching against open corp-to-corp and contract roles
  • Right-to-represent confirmed with you in writing before any submission
  • Submission with rate, location, availability and work authorization stated on the record
  • Duplicate-submission control, so one profile never reaches one end client twice
  • Rate discussion support and written clarity on the margin structure
  • Vendor and end-client interview scheduling
  • Paperwork coordination — MSA, work order, purchase order and timesheet setup
  • Redeployment support as a project approaches its end date

How a program runs

The same sequence in both programs. Volume and frequency are set in the written scope, per engagement.

  1. Intake and search briefTarget titles, locations, work authorization, salary or rate band, and the companies and vendors you want approached — and the ones you do not. Written down and agreed before anything is sent.
  2. Documents rebuilt for the targetResume, profile and consultant summary reworked so the machine parse and the human read agree with each other. Nothing is added that you have not done.
  3. Sourcing and shortlistRoles and open requirements collected against the brief and put in front of you. You approve the list. Nothing is applied to that you have not seen.
  4. Submission and outreachApplications and submissions go out under your name, each one paired with outreach to the recruiter or vendor contact who is actually holding the role.
  5. Weekly reviewOne record of what went out, what came back and what did not. The brief is adjusted against the response it produced, not against a hunch.
  6. Interview and offer supportScheduling, preparation against the specific job description, and a review of the offer or rate before you answer it.

What you receive every week

A program you cannot audit is just activity. This is the record that makes it checkable.

  • Every application and submission made, with company or vendor, role, date and channel
  • The current status of each one, and the date it last moved
  • Recruiter and vendor replies, passed on in full
  • Interviews scheduled, held and outstanding
  • What changed in the resume, profile or target list, and the reason it changed
  • What is planned for the week ahead, for you to approve or redirect

Responsible boundaries

StratylixGlobal is not an employer, is not an employer of record, and does not sponsor or transfer work visas. Applications and submissions are made in your name, from a target list you approve in advance. We do not fabricate employment history, qualifications, references or work authorization, we do not attend or assist in an interview in your place, and we do not represent you to a vendor or an employer without your written approval. We do not guarantee interviews, a rate, a placement or an offer. Where a corp-to-corp engagement is agreed, the contract is between you or your employer and the vendor; StratylixGlobal is not a party to it and gives no legal or immigration advice on it.

Start with a search brief

Send the roles or requirements you are targeting, your location and work authorization, and your current resume or consultant profile. We reply with which program fits, what it would cover, what it excludes — or that neither is right for your situation. Nothing is charged before scope is agreed in writing.
