StratylixGlobal · Career, Education, Business & Global Mobility
Professional services for careers, applications and international moves.
StratylixGlobal delivers career, education, business, tax and global mobility services to individuals and small organizations, with the scope of every engagement documented before work begins. Where a matter requires a qualified professional, we say so and refer.
- Scope agreed in writing before work begins
- Nothing charged before that is agreed
- Referred on where a qualified professional is required

Six areas, one connected system
Who we support
Four situations,
precisely defined.
The work below is where our scope is clearest. Where a situation falls outside it, we say so at the outset rather than after an engagement has begun.
Professionals and job seekers
Early-career and mid-career professionals whose applications are not converting. We work on the resume, LinkedIn profile, portfolio and interview preparation until each states the work accurately.
Students and applicants
Undergraduate, graduate and international applicants working to a fixed deadline. We shape the application, academic resume and statement of purpose into a coherent submission.
Small businesses and startups
Entrepreneurs, freelancers and small organizations whose digital presence understates the work. We build and rebuild sites, landing pages and the documentation an organization runs on.
People planning international moves
Individuals, students and employers organizing documentation for a relocation. We assemble checklists, organize documents and explain the sequence — and refer where the matter requires a qualified professional.
How it works
From brief to delivery, in five stages.
The first two commit you to nothing. Where the work is not something we should take on, that is established at stage two rather than after payment. Stages beyond that depend on the service.
Send a brief
A short description of the situation and the deadline. It is read by the person who would carry out the work. No account, no charge.
Scope agreed in writing
We confirm which service applies, what it covers, what it excludes, and where a qualified professional should be engaged instead — before anything begins.
Documentation provided
Only the documents and details the agreed work requires. We specify which, so nothing is collected without a purpose.
Work carried out
You remain in contact with the person doing the work and see progress as it develops, rather than waiting until the end.
Deliverables handed over
The materials or guidance set out at the start of the engagement — without addition or substitution.

How we work
Defined scope, stated in advance.
Parts of this work sit adjacent to regulated professions. Stating where our scope ends is not a disclaimer appended to the page — it is the basis on which the remainder can be relied upon.
Clear scope
Every service states what it includes and what it does not, before any work begins.
Responsible guidance
We provide information, preparation and administrative support — not regulated advice.
Specialist referral
Where expertise beyond our scope is required, we refer to qualified professionals.
Our Tax & Finance work covers document organization, consultation and bookkeeping support, and does not imply CPA, EA or legal representation. Our Global Mobility content is educational and administrative and is not a substitute for individualized legal advice. Where specialist expertise is required, we refer to qualified professionals.
Contact
Tell us what you are working on.
A resume that is not getting replies, an application deadline, a move to another country, a business that needs a site. Describe the situation and we will tell you which service fits — or say plainly if it is not something we do.
You will hear back by email. There is no account to create and nothing is charged before scope is agreed in writing.
